We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and others depending on your country of origin and where we ship) via our partner Stripe. All prices are stated and processed in EUR (including VAT for EU countries). Prices do not include delivery charges and/or any additional fees. In the shopping cart, the total price is calculated including delivery charges. For purchases outside the EU, customs fees or other charges may apply. We always send out an order confirmation. Contact us if it does not reach you after the purchase.
We ship worldwide and always try to send your order within one (1) working day. Orders received before 12:00 is normally sent the same day. Orders received during weekends and public holidays are normally sent the following weekday. Please note that delivery charges do not include import costs or custom fees that may be added when the package reaches the country of destination. Depending on destionation orders are shipped by Postnord, Schenker, DHL or UPS. In the event of any delivery delays, you will be notified and if you are not satisfied with a new specified delivery date, you always have the right to cancel your order free of charge.
Standard shipping within Sweden is 7 EUR. Shipping within the EU is 10 EUR. For the rest of the world the standard delivery charge is 25 EUR. For uncollected orders, a fee of 20 EUR will be billed to cover costs for the return shipping and handling.
We hope you will love your products as much as we do, but if you change your mind you have a 14-day right to return your goods. However, this apply only to private individuals. Send us a message and we will help you further. You are responsible for the return shipping charges and for returning the product in unchanged, salable condition and in its original packaging. If you return goods that have been handled to a greater extent, you are responsible for the reduction in value. This is determined by us.
If a product arrives damaged or otherwise faulty please report it to us immediately. You are then entitled to exchange the product for a similar one or if no longer available receive a refund for the cost of your purchase. All claims will be processed within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. Contact us so that we can resolve the matter within a reasonable time - no later than two (2) months from discovery. Within the EU, according to an EU directive, you have at least two (2) years to complain, but in Sweden three (3) years apply. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. If the product is faulty or has original defects we will refund your return shipping charges and handle the exchange free of shipping charge.
We always follow the Swedish General Complaints Board's (ARN) recommendations. A possible dispute must be resolved by the Swedish General Complaints Board (ARN) or court in Sweden. You always have the opportunity to report a case to ARN through their online dispute resolution platform.
